Salesmen in both Sydney and Melbourne constantly update the databases feeding the site, so that as Manfrotto changes it's products and dealer network, the site instantly reflects those changes accurately.
The site has a database driven client list. Users can add and remove themselves from the Manfrotto mailing list without human intervention. The dealer pages have a sophisticated email contact system that tracks the user's message to ensure that messages sent to dealers are followed up.
