Avent Photography is Sydney based. They specialise in studio portraits, events and Wedding photography.
For the background I used a shot I had on file that I had taken for stock but haven't previously used.
The logo is simple type with a suble blue colour. I've carefully hand kerned the type in the logo to ensure that each letter sits perfectly with the next and is as legible as possible despite the size differences.
The type has a suble 3-D effect to help it cut against the busy background.
It's difficult to tell from the low resolution preview shown here, but in real life the quality of the image and the printing really make these cards pop.
They are finished with a gloss celloglaze which enhances the contrast and depth of colour.
The back of the cards are left white and uncoated so that notes can be hand printed and given to clients.
